The measurements used for the fee calculation are the boat's length and width in metres, and the boat's weight in tons.
You can calculate your fee yourself as follows:
The index is calculated as:
- Length x 10
+ - Width x 70
+ - Weight x 20
Example
A boat has a length of 8.7 m, a width of 2.6 m and a weight of 2.1 tonnes.
- 87 87

- 2.1 tonnes x 20 = 42
Boat index = 87 + 182 + 42 = 311
